Bellevue approves Housing Stability Program - RFP for $10.5 million released

On July 5, the Bellevue City Council approved a program framework establishing a new Housing Stability program, which makes funding from a 0.1 percent sales tax available for housing and related services. On July 12, the City and ARCH released the first Request for Proposals under the newly established program, making approximately $10.5 million available for the construction, acquisition, and/or operation and maintenance (including on-site supportive services) of new affordable housing that serve eligible populations. Applications are due to ARCH no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 16.
