City of Kenmore seeks affordable housing proposals for City property in downtown Kenmore

The City of Kenmore released a request for proposals to develop affordable housing in downtown Kenmore.  The City has made affordable housing its #1 priority, and is contributing $5 million in property and funding to the project. ARCH has reserved an additional $3 million in funding. Read the press release and view the RFP.
