The request for proposals for the Kenmore City-owned property at 7010 NE 181st Street (“Holt Property”) was published on 7/27/23 and an additional website page added to the City website. An Applicant Briefing Session and Property Tour will be held on August 8. Proposals are due October 6, 2023.
