Please read carefully. This form has been updated to reflect the recent policy updates regarding the scoring criteria.

By filling out this form I understand that I am notifying ARCH that I am interested in purchasing an affordable unit and I believe I am eligible based on the eligibility criteria.  I understand that I need to complete this form and attach a mortgage loan preapproval letter and homebuyer education class certificate in order to be considered for the home.  If I have any questions about the process or the home, I will contact ARCH at info@archhousing.org.
