Welcome to ARCH

ARCH is an organization created by Eastside cities and King County to preserve and increase the supply of housing for low and moderate income households in East King County.

We assist households looking for affordable rental and ownership housing; provide financial support to groups creating housing affordable to low and moderate income households; and assist member governments in developing housing policies.

"There is a critical need for more affordable housing on the Eastside. ARCH is dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable housing on the Eastside."

Over the last fifteen years ARCH has supported a wide range of housing created by local organizations that serve families, seniors, homeless individuals and families, and persons with special needs. On this page and throughout our website, you can see examples of these efforts.
