2011 Trust Fund ROUND
The 2011 ARCH Housing Trust Fund will be timed to coincide with that of other funders, with applications forms ready by June 13, with applications due August 11, 2011. In the mean time, potential applicants may refer to last year's forms and this year's draft guidelines.Please find the 2011 Trust Fund Guidelines here.
2011 Trust Fund Application Forms
The ARCH Housing Trust Fund funding application form is the same as the Common Application forms that the State of Washington, King County, the City of Seattle and other local jurisdictions have agreed to use for the convenience of applicants. ARCH requests supplemental information unique to Department of Commerce and ARCH. Following are links to the application forms:•

OWNERSHIP HOUSING PROPOSALS
The State uses a separate set of application forms for ownership housing. If you are proposing an ownership program, complete the following forms instead of the forms referenced above:

One hard copy and one disc with all the application forms included are to be delivered to ARCH by 5 pm, August 11, 2010.
