Hopelink Place is a twenty unit transitional housing facility for formerly homeless families with dependent children. All of the households entering the program are at or below 30% of are median income. Each family enrolls in Hopelink's Self-Sufficiency program, working closely with a case manager during their two year tenancy. There is a childcare center o the property to assist parents who must access services, counseling or training.. |
